The experience here was fantastic! Everything so straight forward and not at all pressurised and pushy, but equally very responsive and great communication when needed. The sales person (Mark) was so helpful and really honest/ transparent about any minor imperfections on the used car. Also very fair with part exchange price offered. Would definitely recommend.

Went in to upgrade our Kia to a newer much more expensive car. The guy serving on a Sunday could not be less interested. Barely even looked up at us. Will not be using this branch of Kia!!!

Considering a car is an expensive purchase, the customer service was very poor, in fact non-existent. There was zero interest in us from the salesman, even though we were the only potential customers there - the polar opposite of what you'd expect somewhere like this. He barely acknowledged we were there and only looked up from his computer when we asked a question, immediately going back to what he was doing and ignoring us again. We asked about the sales room opposite (still Kia) and he just muttered that it was locked. We felt like an inconvenience. Gives me no faith that buying a car from here would be a positive experience.
