Very slow service, no contact after 3 phone calls even when promised. Was going to buy a new car but thinking of changing makes now.

I bought a leaf here nearly 3 years ago and was convinced by sales to purchase the extended warranty because "it is as good as the original warranty" he assured me that the traction battery pack was covered by it. (This was my main reason for purchasing it). Over the past few weeks I've had a few issues with the car, do I booked it in for these things to be resolved. Nothing whatsoever ever was convered under the Micky mouse warranty they'd sold me. Thankfully nothing has gone wrong with the traction battery because I've since found out that wasn't covered either! The sales staff barefaced lied. Colin who was responsible for dealing with my complaint ignored me for over 2 weeks. When he finally responded he provided no solution. Avoid this dealership, they are absolute con artists.

Stevie is a friendly & informative sales person, she presented the vehicle well & the test drive showed the vehicles strengths. There was no sales patter just useful information to aid decision making. Paul proved to be helpful in clinching the deal. Thank you both.
