        Absolutely horrendous!!!!!! The staff are very very RUDE! Throw sachets of sauce at you, tell you they are 10 pence hoping you say keep it!!!! Told me toast takes ages-trying to put me off buying it!! Then collected it rammed in a brown bag!!!!!!! Special mention to the young lady on the till - spent more time telling a visitor about life with 2 very young kids than being attentive to my needs? When asked why no coffee machine? Answered very nastilyITS BROKE!!!!!!!! Needs a job away from public! The other restaurant within hospital much much nicer with friendly attentive staff!!!!!!

        By the time I got to till with my coffee it was warm an not hot I like my hot drinks hot not cool enough to drink down in a few seconds
