        Best bike shop I've ever used and I've used alot. Dean is hand down the best person I've ever dealt with. I wish I had came here years ago. He's such an asset to the business and his team are outstanding and super responsive. I'd highly recommend using this shop.

        AVOID! Ordered set of 4 chain links & received only 1 when I complained they altered the website and sent me image of new wording! I sent proof that they had changed the description & they then claimed that must have happened prior to my complaint, again I proved that the wasnt true & it was changed after Id made complaint. They now say they have too many products to manage all the descriptions and rely on customers to highlight errors while hiding behind small print in their disclaimers. Their customer service is a disgrace.
