        I had a problem with an e-bike bought in London. It's still under warranty and Duncan at The Cycle Surgeon was willing to work on it. He rang me up to arrange a day and time, and turned up as agreed. Very professional and explained what he was doing all the way through. Would certainly recommend, and will use again.

        Matt provided the most convenient bicycle service EVER, he explained all the stuff which needed doing, and my bike felt brand new when I rode it home that evening! Very reasonable prices too, will defo be booking repairs with him in the future!!!!! Thank you so much!

        Had a problem with my indoor spin bike at home, could not remove the pedal. Called Duncan and he was with me quickly, had to remove the crank but did so and took it away to work his magic, despite this being Xmas. Some special spray, a vice and a lot of effort fixed it. Thank you Duncan
