        Booked in spa day treatment lunch after bad new is pool sauna jacuzzi out of order maintanece but they gave us a voucher to come back booked in for daughter birthday

        I really want to book a treatment here but am finding it impossible to get a response. I have tried phoning several times, I have left a message on the answerphone as requested, with no response, I have tried leaving a message on Facebook but to no avail. Last time I went, although the treatments were good, I had the same problem trying to book and had to drive down in person to actually speak to someone and sort a booking! Not good enough. Not a way to run a business.
