If I could give him no stars I would. I am writing on behalf of my grandad.he went in for some items and the bloke in the shop was very very rude and inappropriate comments. DO NOT USE STAY WELL CLEAR

Not sure whats happening with this company!? Made contact enquiring about a product via their Internet page, Mandy Horton replied. Quick, polite and professional, Mandy was a credit to the organisation, replied to all my questions, sorted my quote and even arranged for it to be collected at the Chesterfield branch. A credit to customer service and a sure keeper for any organisation. That, unfortunately is where the compliments end. Contacted the Chesterfield branch no less that 3 times to arrange collection, the female who answered the phone was abrupt and when not having a second conversation off the phone, appeared not to know anything of the business or orders and to my questions simply replied' he's popped out for 5 minutes, ring back later as if the only one knowing what was going one was a male employee. Arranged collection of my order and after waiting 3 minutes in the empty doorway i was gatekeeperd by a female employee before I was met with a male who went to retrieve my order from the shelves. His only words to me were, and I quote 'make me be clear you have not got this from me or here, if you have any issues you will have to take it back to them and take it back up there' (meaning Rotherham) Is this one company or a franchise!? im left relly perplexed. The product is as expected. The service from Mandy....Great, however what is happening at the Chesterfield branch!? I certainly wouldn't let them represent me on or my company.and I probably won't use again.

Don't know what happened to this place the man is very rude and unhelpful tries to rip off shouts at you you saying he's been working for 40 years also my mum went in for a lawnmower belt. Accidentally got the drive belt which was twice as big and twice as expensive she needed a deck belt so she took the belt back and got a deck belt he give her the belt and then she asked is it any cheaper because it is half the size and he threw 10 at her .This is Chesterfield branch I went to city seals and bearings in the end they was very helpful and was cheaper as well. I will never use Chesterfield branch again the staff are horrible
