I know someone that has had a large amount of money gone from their account & the bank haven't done anything to investigate this, it is absolutely appalling!

Saw Donna today about closing my account and transfering it to another bank. She was very pleasant to talk to and sorted everything so quickly and efficiently i can't praise her enough.

So slow! Theyve had a re vamp recently but now have less machines than before. Only wanted to pay money in and only 1 machine now and it was broke. Only 1 person on desk.
