        Wasnt sure how the bank would operate with the new system, but cant recommend the staff highly enough. Josh was super efficient. Hope we dont lose this excellent way of interacting with HSBC

        Joke.bad enough you must travel 10 miles and pay to park then get inept staff that can't help .won't be back

        Since the loss of counter service the branch is poor. One paying in machine for cash, which is often out of order and no option for coins. Although you can pay in cash at post offices this is little compensation as their counter service is even worse.
