Very disappointed with this bank especially this branch absolutely useless been there 2 days they couldnt sort out my issue they just not bothered and keep you there hours Im new customer but Im going to close down this bank today

Whilst I am very happy with their normal service, having been the victim of a very professional scam on my accounts today and in order to report this to prevent any damage or losses, I rang their 24 hourfraud service three times at 19.00 to have the phone put down on me each time. To protect myself I have contacted Action Fraud and will attempt to ring bank tomorrow and have a long wait as usual. Their chat doesnt understand anything.

Very unprofessional lady working there We are 2021 I was aspects qualified person I was been there for a proff of I'd I suppose to bring in bank I was showing the ref number that they could find me very fast information that they need to know way I'm there but nothing.. The 3 lady's that are working there watching just my phone and didn't get solve any problems Please SANTANDER MAKE SURE THAT YOU ASSUME PEOPLE THAT ALMOST ARE HAVING A GOOD SKILLSNOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL BEST BANKING POSSIBLE LOYDS BANKING

Although the staff are very polite ..I was made to feel like a fox in a hen hut after being given a face to face appointment by the call centre. I totally understand banking criteria however i was given a Janet and John lesson in bank loans ..I'm 54 !! Completely computerised not a shred of human / individual understanding nor any intention to listen to or understand my request ..simply no...no...no .. It was even suggested that I visit other banks to see if they could help .. I suggest SANTANDER stops paying for Ant and Dec and puts their staff on a basic customer service course ...or even just explains people are all individuals and your customers are exactly that ..your customers . Sometimes it's possible to think outside the box and put people at the heart of what you do as an organisation..treat people as if they are valued and welcomed that they as customers are important to you..not just a tick or cross in a box.
