I was been there for a proff of I'd
I suppose to bring in bank
I was showing the ref number that they could find me very fast information that they need to know way I'm there but nothing..
The 3 lady's that are working there watching just my phone and didn't get solve any problems

I totally understand banking criteria however i was given a Janet and John lesson in bank loans ..I'm 54 !!
Completely computerised not a shred of human / individual understanding nor any intention to listen to or understand my request ..simply no...no...no ..
It was even suggested that I visit other banks to see if they could help ..
I suggest SANTANDER stops paying for Ant and Dec and puts their staff on a basic customer service course ...or even just explains people are all individuals and your customers are exactly that ..your customers .
Sometimes it's possible to think outside the box and put people at the heart of what you do as an organisation..treat people as if they are valued and welcomed that they as customers are important to you..not just a tick or cross in a box.
