        Our Charnwood C4 stove had been in for a month now. Looks fantastic, works brilliantly and is really easy to light. It looks great with the original fire surround. We couldn't be happier with the result. Great service from start to finish.

        Brilliant Service would recommend and the gentlemen who sold us a stove was very polite and helpful. Also the dog was well behaved and being attacked in the past by a dog it really helped my fear of dogs that he was so nice and friendly.

        So glad we went with Snug. Called in to the showroom on the Saturday and met Lee who was really helpful. He provided good advice about which stove would suit us best. Loads of models to see and choose from. Lots of choice of hearth etc too. All items were in stock and our stove was installed the following Friday by Gary. Great job! Polite, neat, efficient. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Would recommend.
