As a trans woman, I have a need for wigs and so, I made an appointment at Morgan's. I was very pleased with the sensitive service and advice I received as I selected a new wig. I'm very happy with my purchase and wold like to offer a big thank you to Claire for her help and advice today.

I bought a wig from Morgans as was undergoing chemotherapy. The wig cost 260 and started to fall apart when I began to use it regularly. When I went in they said it was out of warranty but it wasnt because it was the final 6 month and therefore under warranty. The lady promised me she would contact them and let me know. I waited and heard nothing. Then phoned back and was promised this would be chased. Heard nothing. Its bad enough loosing your hair and going through chemo and I thought the service was appalling. It felt like they really didnt care at all and couldnt be bothered. I ended up buying a 25 wig from Amazon which is just as good. Feel totally cheated and would not recommend. *I bought the wig in August and only started wearing it on a daily basis in December when my hair started to fall out. So I have had less than 3 months wear out if it as I explained to the staff. I was told it had a six month warranty by the member of staff and manager who was on the phone. Nobody bothered to contact me or update me despite me chasing. It was worn because all the lace had shredded away. I followed all the care advice by the book. I think if you pay 250 for a wig it should last more than 3 months.

I never knew about this place until a friend of mine went a couple months ago. I booked an appointment and was seen very quickly. Staff there are so lovely and super helpful, on hand to answer questions you may have when getting your first wig. I am very impressed with my purchase from Morgans, thank you ladies.

Excellent, couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and the standard of service was second to none. Went away so happy to have found them.
