        Nicol Hughes has been a supplier to the hotel I work with for at least 20 years. Can not find any fault- fabulous service - deliverys even when we stuck! - tele sales - a familar voice who knows our needs - and gregg our long term rep. Excellent and thank you all.

        Whenever a business calls its reps "Account Managers" you are very wary, especially when they cannot manage the simplest of orders. Products in the last few months have become below standard and phone support isn't great. The positive is one or 2 of the drivers are better than the reps and have given us far more minformation on products that the account managers.
