Rybrook Chester - Volvo Cars

Excellent Showroom, good sales staff, excellent Service Department. After Sales support has left me feeling cold. When the car was delivered I could not get the car to connect to the APP, this required addtional codes held only by Rybrook, Addtiional insurance was not correctly enabled this I only found out when I had to replace a punctured tyre. the Punctured Tyre had been repaired before my puncture, this was not made clear when I purchased the car. Would I recommend Rybrook Chester - probably not, I gave them a 3 star review because during our initial visit and during the sale they were extremely helpful, but post sales customer care is not what I expect or would provide.

Ive contacted Rybrook Chester to make an appointment for viewing of the car that Im interested in and they made a reservation for this appointment a week earlier. At the same day when I am supposed to see the car, they did give a call in the morning and said that they gave the car to another customer. From my point of view, the purpose of making appointment is to reserve the car in advance for people. Im extremely disappointed about the last minute call and cancellation.

I was travelling back with my family from North Wales to London on a Bank holiday Monday and ended up in a broken tyre where the recovery services dropped me at Chester Volvo, while the Volvo service centre was closed and I have to wait until next day to get it fixed. However considering the situation the Rybook team helped us with a work around solution to get the tyre fixed locally so that we head back to London as planned and saved all our day. A special thanks to Steve who was giving a helping hand in guiding us and taking all the pain of getting our tyres fixed with short notice, Excellent customer service on a Bank holiday
