Inchcape Volkswagen Chester

I had a service carried out and had a small minor query I stated details of at the digital check in. The minor query which to me though is quite an annoying issue, was totally disregarded and not even mentioned by the service representative who dealt with me. I am also considering a service 'all in' package which I requested info on and also this was not discussed with me. Also my complimentary wash and vacuum was a poor and messy job which actually left a lot of marks internally and on the exterior which was a job for me to then have to clean myself....not enough time effort and expertise paid.

I ordered some Scirocco car mats from Inchape. Great website, simple and efficient. Fantastic product. Look great and well worth the money. Also recommend going for the Scirocco engraved/embossed mats as opposed to the plain ones. Thank you very much.
