The boats transform into Ibizaesque party boats after dark, playing incredibly loud music late into the night, packed full of inebriated yokels, spoiling the tranquility and calm of the river. It is baffling how this service gained the necessary permissions/permits.
If this service was delivered properly, it would have great promise. For now, its a poor tourist attraction which exploits the river, the environment and the beautiful city.
