The gentleman that demonstrated how the power tool worked was fantastic, however the turf cutter was equivalent to 3 x days work done in one day. Highly recommended

Went to hire a flat bed trolley, both service attendants were rather dull at their reception, but because I needed the hire quite urgently, proceeded with the transaction. Upon dispatch of the trolley, knowing that said trolley would fit in my vehicle, I requested a little help from them to simply lift it up in my car - they refused! Bear in mind we were outdoors and wore face masks. Their excuse for not being able to assist me was due to Covid! I was battling to get the trolley into my car all the while the male assistant walked right passed me without lending a hand. The female assistant stood by, arms folded, watching me struggle, remarking that she didn't think it would fit in my car! I then went to the neighbouring Tile shop to ask the gentleman there to just give me a hand, and in no time at all managed to get it snug into my car! The service from Brandon's Tool Hire Chester staff was appalling!

Recently hired petrol strimmer from Bandon hire station at chester. Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable explained the workings in detail and helped get into my vehicle. Pleasurable experience and will use this company again. John T Booth.
