        Said we had a booking in the morning at 9:30am. Refused to pick us up when organised and the lady on the phone was really rude. Would not recommend as they left us stranded in a city we didnt know when they said they would be able to pick us up earlier in the day. Apparently no confirmation of anyone ringing, even when we did ring; ended up having to get a really expensive Uber home.
