        The store staff are pleasant and the food choices excellent. however the vegetables in particular the organic green veg are perishing before their sell by date and need refrigeration.

        Staff are always very helpful and the till service still good and accessible . It looses point for rotting Organic veg not refrigerated these are unsprayed perishables mostly green, with little or no nutritional value. Duchy Organic products are farmed using sustainable method. Sales from Waitrose Duchy Organic provide a donation to The Prince of Wales's Charitable Fund. This is important part of the service at Waitrose, sadly its creating food waste even if its higher management there must be some accountability

        Lots of covered parking in torrential rain. Very friendly staff, especially Lorna on tills. Lots of lovely products. Very happy visit. Not my usual shopping destination. Very quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Busy sunny Saturday afternoon & I'm back again.
