After trying to solve an achilles injury myself for several months, I finally decided to try a physio. I'm so happy I decided on Reiss, he immediately got to work not only helping with the immediate pain through massage but then providing guidance on running, strength training and other areas of a return to running programme. After only a handful of sessions I'm back running and building up the mileage. Reiss is an absolute star, I can't recommend him highly enough.

Great treatment from Reiss, as usual AND to be expected. Like myself, Reiss, is a runner and knows exactly what we need to keep our legs, core and mind maintained so we can just focus on our runs more or less injury free. But let's be honest injuries still happen. Theres no magic pill or fix for that, sadly, BUT, its how you care and condition your body that keeps you in better shape to deal with them once they do occur. Cheers, Reiss. Highly recommended.
