        Thanks to Imogen and Alice I came in to store with very specific needs, I needed a sofa last minute and the one I wanted wasn't available until after January. Imogen called the other stores and found one that was willing to sell from the shop floor and deliver fast as I needed. Thank you 5

        Came in to look for a sofa for my nan who has Alzheimer's. Knew exactly what we were looking for. Tristan approached us and straight away felt at ease with him. He listened to what we were looking for and took us to the most perfect couch and ended up buying the chair too. The whole visit he had us laughing - offered us drinks and couldn't do enough for us. Literally went above and beyond. Felt like we walked in as strangers and left making a friend - absolute pleasure to meet him. Thank you so much. He's a total credit to the company.
