Always excellent treatment and care you could ask for. Emma the owner has a very hands on approach making sure your welfare is of the upmost importance. All the practitioners I have seen for Botox and fillers are highly professional, knowledgeable only offering treatments that are required. The clinic has a relaxed feel with parking directly outside, highly recommended.

Dreadful experience of anti wrinkle injections. Had a cystic reaction to something that probably wasn't licensed. They claimed it was Botox the brand but it wasn't. I wish I was able to post a picture of the permanent scar. No interest in my reaction on my 2 week top up which actually caused another cyst. Not using genuine Botox or Azzalure. Not using licensed product. Not legitimate.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments now :) both Lucy and Emily have done my treatments and we're both fab, all the girls are so lovely and professional, and honest too which I think is very important when it comes to fillers and botox! The clinic is lovely too, always clean and right in the centre of Chester. Can't rate them enough!
