        Great service IF you can catch them open! Repaired a screen on a mobile phone within a week at what we felt was a reasonable price. However collection wasn't easy. Each time we called there was a back in 15 mins / 30 mins/ 50 mins sign on the door. When we commented that we had called a couple of times we were told "when you work for Timpsons you can't go to the toilet!" If you need a 50 minute break at 5pm on a Saturday to open for 10 mins before closing again you may need some extra help!

        Accidentally put my car keys through the wash and central locking failed. Ordinarily I wouldn't be concerned except this is for my pride and joy 21 year old classic. Excessive water damage, connection damage with battery replacement for the fob. All fixed and good as new. Surprised to see so many 1* reviews, I thought they were super friendly and helpful. Recommended.
