Absolutely first class service! I found myself looking for alternative employment after almost 15 years in my current role. I felt very out of my depth in the current job market. Thomas Fulton - Hirecracker Military Desk was my recruiter. I had been searching for a permanent role over the last 9 months, temping whenever I could. I am an Ex Military Soldier and found the transition into civvy street hard. I uploaded my cv onto CV Builder and started getting more interest and interviews. Tom reached out and put me forward for this role and I couldnt believe that after one day I received a call to attend an interview, which went extremely well, then after the weekend, he contacted me to say I would be getting an offer. Tom kept me updated regularly throughout, which I liked. I would definitely recommend that any service leaver contact Tom in the first instance. I cant thank him enough. I was given an absolutely first class service! Tom is a friendly, warm person and you feel he really cares, nothing is too much trouble.
