Really impressed with Solomons I worked with Jordan on purchasing a property in the Churchside, Wolverhampton development. I also used their recommended mortgage partners. I have recently made an investment with Solomon investment Partners and had Josie Hartley guiding and supporting me in the process. Josie has been wonderful and very patient with me. I had to trust her as I had no idea about the property. Its difficult when you are not around to inspect. I trusted her expertise, guidance and she has been very supportive throughout the process. I am now in contact with the mortgage broker. The process is not over yet but Thank you Josie! its been amazing to work with you and I am hoping the last stages complete well.

I am in exactly and the same position as Magdalene Ngum, Mary Nuani and possibly many others. I have received a termination notice from the developers of Churchside Apartments Wolverhampton. Solomon investment Partners said they are trying thier best to resolve the issue but are leaving me completely in the dark as to how far they have got. Its been weeks now without any update. I suggest we should approach this as a group. Firstly with Solomon investment Partners to find a resolution, and if we get no where, take it further.

As a completely new investor, I was researching on the internet for a reliable company to guide me in this journey. This is how I found Solomon Investment Partners and after reading all the reviews I decided to send an inquiry form. I was contacted very quickly for an initial conversation. The agent was very nice and it did not sound like an aggressive or "too good to be true" sales agent. After the initial call, I was introduced to a property specialist that can explain to me more about the services that the Solomon Investment Partners provide, the property that they have on the market, the network of specialists they are working with and many other information. The property specialist allocated to me was Josie Hartley, and we had quite a few hours of Zoom meetings trying to find the best investment solution for my particular situation and budget. Josie is very friendly and has a lot of knowledge, expertise and confidence. The communication is great and she was always available for quick questions or information. I decided to purchase a property in Liverpool and I'm quite excited about it as this is one of my favourite cities in England. However, the completion date is only next year. So far the process was clear, informative and smooth. I'm looking forward to the completion and I will definitely come back with a feedback review of the whole journey. Until then, 5 Stars for Josie and Solomun Investment.
