Recently we bought property from Yes Homebuyers. We have had great experience dealing with the company despite COVID situation. People are very proactive and responded so quickly regarding queries. They are very friendly and communicated with us directly regarding updates on regular basis. I am really thankful to Matt who personally dealt with all the queries raised by my lender. My lender took way too long then we anticipated, however, Matt was very helpful and patient during the whole process. I would definitely recommend to buy from this company.

The entire team were fantastic. They kept in regular contact with me, the Manager Kelvin always spoke to me (even though it wasn't my home being bought) to ensure that I was aware of any changes that had occurred, or actions that needed to be completed to make sure that the process went as quickly/slowly as we wanted. He was very honest about what they did, how they did it, the costs the offer etc and put no pressure on at all to rush anything. Unlike many other companies the price they agreed was the price they paid, and didn't try to find lots of faults to reduce the offer. The offer was reasonable given the circumstances, and covering the legal costs was a real plus. WELL DONE TEAM. I would highly recommend - there are lots of con's out there for this sort of service - these are not one of them - they were the GOOD GUYS and helped my family members in a tough situation
