Keith Gordon Heating & Plumbing

I can't speak highly enough of Keith's professionalism, support and work. Just before we were due to go away for a few days, we had a radiator valve failure leaking water all over the floor and shutting the heating system down. After ringing around many local plumbers including our Boiler Installer and Service company, they all said "can't even look at it " for at least 2 weeks and left us in a real panic. Fortunately I found Keith Gordon on Google who had a real heart and very kindly came round within about 4 hours even though he was very busy and had it repaired in less than 1 hour. Keith was very knowledgeable about the heating system and the unusual valve type we had and how to repair the leaking valve. He had all the right equipment and materials to repair it in minutes. Keith came recommended by my new neighbour. We had a problem with our heating/hot water which Keith identified as a problem that was there since the house was built and handed over 10 years ago!
