I went to get a private prescription using an online device. Lady was very helpful but didnt understand what i was using so asked the male pharmacist. He could not have been more unhelpful. He said it wasnt possible I then said if there were any issues that he could contact the name and details on the form. He then said I could email the pharmacist and he would organise it. He gave me the wrong email as it bounced back- I checked it with him again. He then left me to send it and walked off. I was waiting for a while then one of the lady pharmacists asked if I was ok. I said I wasnt sure what or why I was waiting. She spoke to the male pharmacist who said he was now dealing with another prescription. Neither of us understood what that meant so I waiting a while longer, still nothing happened. As I am 6 months pregnant I get warm very quickly. There were no doors or windows open and I was standing for a while so started to feel sick. I then said I wasnt feeling well and that I needed to go elsewhere, male pharmacist looked as if he couldnt have cared less. I am very disappointed and I was made to feel very silly. I will now have to try and source my prescription elsewhere. Wondering if I had waited if he would have left me waiting until closing time.

I visited here the other week to collect a much needed prescription. Having previously had a similar experience with this chemist not stocking basic items, I was open to giving them a second chance. Oh my word. Never again. I was made to wait 15 minutes whilst the rude chemist checked if I could use my prescription exemption certificate because it was issued in Wales not England. I was left standing there. They didn't take my prescription off me and I innocently left the shop with the prescription after waiting to pay (i did offer to pay if it helped). Obviously by mistake. It was a mild ear ointment. The shop assistant comes running out after me asking for the prescription back. I have never felt so belittled in my life. Never again. Rude staff.
