Have my repeat prescription with this chemist and its some times hit and miss so have to check the bag they hand me in the shop to ensure they are correct (no trust in there competence). the newest mistake was I needed my heart medication as I was going on holiday and they did not have it in stock which is fine it happens so they have me my prescription to collect elsewhere how ever they did not release it on the system so now I have to go on holiday with out and heart medication so have informed my solicitor that if any thing happens while am away to help my family take legal action. Angry is not even close to how I feel.

After being up all night at A&E with my son, and having been let down by Nuffield who booked me for a private appointment and then turned me away. The young gentleman at Westminster Park made my week. He listened to my issue and was able to make an emergency prescription for my son after confirming the medication needed on my NHS health record. Thank you for being the only person to proactively suggest a solution for me. It's hard when you are worried about your children and traveling away from home. Thank goodness there are smart , caring people like this working in pharmacies. Thank you!

Terrible customer service from sales assistant lady. As a result lost out on further sales. Go to Owens in Saltney lovely staff and cheaper prices.

I have used this pharmacy to collect repeat prescriptions for my family. The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I have witnessed their terrible customer service and been at the receiving end many times. After being treated so badly this morning I will never go back.
