        This place is useless. I have been asked to return for the fourth time to get my medicines even if they had 10 days to get them.

        Never answer the phone and divert it to the fax machine after a few rings. When challenged they claim because they're too busy to pick it up. Basic customer service fail.

        Once again shut because of covid, but open tomorrow Like another review - they should have some plan in place Never have anything in, you always have to wait days I told my GP this and he told me, you should only wait 24 hours, as it's part of their job to ring around other Lloyd pharmacys
