        I have to admit the staff do seem frosty here. They would rather be out the back and it is an inconvenience to them when a customer comes to the counter. People do expect better as it is in Hoole, or 'Notting Hoole'.

        Gone online to get prescriptions posted as boots making it progressively harder to simply get my prescriptions when they are due. No longer allowed to call requests through and then wait seven days now Ill just get my meds dropped through my letterbox. Much easier and no Curt overworked staff.
