I would highly recommend Paul as a Personal Trainer. I have been training with him for about a year now and find each session varied and fun. I feel my fitness has really improved and I have really started to enjoy exercise which was one of my goals. Paul is very supportive and friendly and is flexible to fit around my schedule.

It has been fantastic training with Paul. I've achieved more than I ever thought possible with regards to my health which was my ultimate aim. I now feel far more confident in what I am able to achieve. Paul pushed me to do this without even realising. He has a great way about him. Thanks Paul!

I've really enjoyed training with Paul. We started training together before my wedding and carried on because I enjoyed the sessions so much. Each session is different which is really important for me. Paul has a very easy manner and encourages you to think about ways that you can improve your own training and overall fitness.

This was the first time I worked with a personal trainer. I was expecting my 60mins per week, and no more. However, Paul's approach to both fitness and nutrition provided support throughout the week, keeping momentum up, and being on hand to answer any questions or requests for guidance. I am not a morning person but have loved all the early morning training sessions with Paul. Each session is different but tailored to my needs, helping build strength and fitness over time. I was really impressed how Paul was able to change routines real time if I were to tweak my back or elbow (not uncommon!). My first and last session with Paul was a full round of measurements at home. Again, it wasn't just taking my blood pressure, checking waistline, and fat %. Paul takes the time to talk through the results, and make helpful suggests for nutrition and fitness. Paul told me early on that nutrition would have a huge impact on my goals of getting leaner, and fitter. As part of the programme Paul introduced me to a nutrition app that gave daily lessons and measured how well I was adopting new habits. Paul monitored the results throughout the week and provided further tips, guidance, and encouragement. I was pleased Paul offered different payment options , including option to buy a package of services (which I took up over the last six months). He was trustworthy and transparent, providing professional invoices and records of transactions. The result of all Paul's support, direction, and guidance is that I have lost almost half a stone, reduced my waistline to within the healthy range, dropped body fat to within healthy range, reduced blood pressure to within a more healthy range. I am all round feeling fitter, leaner, and more energetic. Despite Paul moving away, he has left me with habits that have stuck, and I am confident I will continue on the same healthy trajectory in future. The only downside - the need to buy a range of new suits for work, as the current wardrobe no longer fits! I'm going to miss Paul. He has an open, honest and approachable style; has made a massive impact on my wellbeing; and was a great guy to catch up with each week. I wish him all the best and success in his new Chester base.
