        Broke the casing one of my lenses didn't even say sorry. They only care about emtying your pockets rather than actually helping. 0/10. Do not bother

        I was told that following an examination I would be referred for cataract surgery. After being told TWICE that the forms had been sent it took a direct enquiry to the specialist hospital FOUR MONTHS later to determine no forms had been received. Not impressed !
