Our business has been working with Gary now for over a year and he has been instrumental in supporting us to put in place (and deliver) an ongoing plan of improvements. Despite any initial reservation about the upfront cost of BSS carrying out a full audit of our existing systems, this has proved to be an excellent investment to give us a prioritised action plan for improvements - without this we'd not be so well informed nor focussed.
