After my last visit turning up for my appointment to see that they took a walk in and was rude saying it was not my correct time when clearly was as my partner was present when I booked the appointment. So disappointed, no manager present to even make a complaint, I have been on several occasions and previously no problems apart from the lady forgetting to put top coat on my shellac toes on 1 foot but I feel so upset that I was rudely spoken to in front of a trainee and another customer. I keep getting texts regarding offer, when I replied with this complaint I just keep getting blank messages through. Ended up going the Chinese near Tescos, no appointment needed fast work and half the price.
