        Ive recently had the pleasure of dealing with Racheal at SML, having been recommended by a friend and would just like to take the time to recommended them. I needed a company to help with remortgaging my property so went with Racheal and im so pleased i did, very clear advice, very responsive, very easy to chat to and made the whole process simple from start to finish (which wasnt very long at all).         An absolute pleasure dealing with Racheal at SML from start to finish. Such a complicated process was made to look and feel easy with regular contact and updates at each stage of our mortgage application. This was the first mortgage my wife and I have ever applied for so Racheals jargon free explanations of the most complicated aspects of the Mortgage terminology was greatly appreciated. Most importantly she got us over the line in less than 2 weeks and we cant thank her and the company enough for their care and attention. Well be seeing the team again in a few years when our fixed term is due to expire. Highly recommended.

        I used Simple Mortgage Lending to assist me in buying my first house and the service from Rachael has been nothing short of first class. Racheal made the entire process of buying a property easy to understand and encouraged me to ask any questions for issues I wasnt sure about. The responses to any messages or emails I sent was always immediate and Racheal would never leave me waiting for a reply. Racheal was always in contact with my solicitors and the estate agents to ensure everybody was on the same wavelength. I felt that this was going out of her job remit but I wasnt surprised as I got to learn that she goes above and beyond. I would have absolutely no hesitations using Simple Mortgage Lending again and I will 100% be recommending them to anybody I know looking to move home
