Before using Quay Mortgages we searched around to find the best and most suitable mortgage broker for a remortgage and a let to buy mortgage, we found this to be Quay Mortgages. Sam and Alexia, have been very helpful with the changing mortgage market and all the questions we have had. They have simplified the process from start to finish, and in summary when the mortgage term ends I will be using Quay Mortgages again.

We wanted to raise cash fast using equity and a small income. Sam provided great advice on our options, Richard found a great fixed rate btl remortgage (for the time which was end of Sept '22) and a lender that didn't withdraw their offer when lots of others were, & Alexia made sure it all progessed as fast as possible to make the dates we wanted. Five stars have to be awarded to Richard Collins for acquiring a CCJ despite his thirty years of experience in finance. It is clear that even though his title is MLIA (dip) Ce-Map, he managed to avoid learning two valuable lessons - debts which go unpaid accumulate compound interest, and if you fail to address your debt, ignore all correspondence and get your staff to lie for you, you will be taken to court. A judgement has been made against you Richard - the court has ordered that you pay this debt. Failure to do so will result in bailiffs collecting the debt and further costs being added to the bill. Before you reply to this by saying I am not a client of Quay Mortgage Services, let me say that I would NEVER trust my confidential details or my money with a company whose director is so incompetent at managing his own financial affairs.

A friend of mine recommended using Quay Mortgages as I was in a difficult situation meaning I needed expertise to help me get my ex off a property, remortgage my current property, as well as get another.My friend knew they were the best suited company who would definitely help meet my needs.Throughout my time of using Quay Mortgages they have always explained all possible routes we could take as well as recommending which one they thought would be best. They have worked on everything with quick turn around times and and are amazing with leasing back and forth to myself meaning there was no miss or lost communication, I never even had to chase them up.
