Julian is nothing short of a legend. I randomly picked up his details having done a reasonably thorough search of various mortgage websites and web reviews, and felt that he stongly fitted the bill for what my wife and I were after. Given our rather 'unscientific' method of trying to find the right mortgage broker, we could not have lucked out more in finding such a stellar chap. From the moment we were in touch with Julian, he could not have been more personable and professional, and his knowledge and expertise were clear from the outset. He automatically understood our requirements, explained everything very succinctly and clearly, and at no stage did he ever put us under any pressure to take a particular course of action or to push us into using his services. Julian was very patient with me (and my wife) as mortgage rates changed over the course of our house buying process and he was not only very responsive to our requests, but also very proactive. Up to the last minute, he continued to check ever-changing rates and, thanks to the obviously excellent working relationships that he's built up over time with mortgage lenders and managers, he was able to improve our mortgage offer several times. We cannot thank Julian enough for his guidance, patience, friendliness, expertise and professionalism to see us through to an excellent mortgage deal - he is worth every penny and we cannot rate him highly enough. He's also a fantastic bloke! We would highly recommend Julian.

Julian recently supported me with my non-typical mortgage application. The support provided was excellent. He explained the end--to-end process clearly and impartially, provide expert guidance throughout, and was incredibly prompt and detailed in communications. Beyond this, he also supported with various insurances, referred me to useful colleagues on pensions, and helped with other administrative process. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking at mortgages or insurances.

Julian has been worth his weight in gold during our mortgage process. As first time buyers we have really appreciated his wisdom, clarity and kindness throughout the process. After looking at a few mortgage brokers, we were so happy to have stumbled upon Julian who was so much more personable and understanding of our circumstances. From the start of thinking about buying, we felt much more equipped with knowledge on figures around our budget thanks to Julian. When we finally had an offer accepted, Julian processed our mortgage which was an amazingly smooth process, taking away so much stress, and offered solid advice on repayments, insurance and beyond.
