        I had some passport photos taken in here, but when I tried to upload them to the passport agency it said wrong colour. I made a return visit and was refunded for the passport photos without issue and redirected to another store where correct photos were taken. Excellent service all round despite the issues. Many thanks

        Went here is December for a watch repair. The man who helped me and my dad was one of the kindest, and most helpful people we have ever met in the service. He recommended his favourite local pub, made a solid effort to get to know us, and was genuine. This is a gem of Chester and any tourists who visit Chester should come visit this shop to support local and get a small sense of what the town is all about.
