customer service is horrendous the old lady that was dealing with us most of the time had no clue what she was doing, constantly said her 1930's house doesn't leak so does not know why this house is flooded because it doesn't happen in her house. left 4 days without working pluming told if we can hold it in for another day. very accustational all the time nothing got fixed. also tried charging us 80 quid for the contractor (plumber) to change the light when the electrician said the fault was internal and has water damage which needed sorting asap...4 months later light bulb got changed. was also told to sleep in the spare room because they did not want to repair the mould in the bedroom that we were sleeping. all in all i say fire that old hag you would be better off as business. dont know how you guys still employ her, always on leave never in the office doesnt know know to use a computer cus if she did she could at least reply to an email. and all of a sudden that we want our deposist back shes gone awol. someone sort her out please i beg you. queen karen

They charge tenants for reference which is a clear conflict of interest. They delayed my reference by just enough time so that my rent became due for another month, how convenient! I have been waiting to proceed with the Alternative Dispute Resolution since I moved out in April 2019! I would describe Passion for Property Chester as bullies who take advantage of tenants. By charging for a reference, they force tenants to pay yet another fee otherwise they cannot move out. It was a shame that Susan Park left as she was completely professional at all times unlike the changing roster of staff that followed her. Im very frustrated about the Deposit not being sorted out in 18 months and counting, sort it out please, Tim! Mr Hirst
