Generally this cex has always been good, but the reason for my review today is that recently I purchased a second hand ps4 and returned it the next day due to the fact that it didn't work properly. My issue isn't with any of that, my problem is that the guy helping us refund it seemed like a genuinely nice guy who was still learning the ropes, however, the man that I'm assuming was a manager or supervisor was very rude and condescending not only to me but the guy serving us because he didn't do something correctly, a simple enough mistake to make on a new job which should have been met with a quick correction and yet instead the manager practically shamed the poor guy in front of me making fun of him etc. I found him very uncomfortable to talk to and plain rude. Doubt I'll ever be going in store here again after having been a customer for years. Shame.
