What might match to the look and feel of fabric to impress an adventurous guy. Dare to say everything in this place is of exceptional quality. That guy has to be pulled inside the shop to see it.

I called into the branch whilst on a short break in Chester with my sister. I wanted a waterproof coat and had seen one on the web site. I need a petite size but that was not stocked in the shop. The lovely assistant looked on the computer, found it was available and placed my order. It has just arrived and is absolutely perfect !The added bonus was that it qualified for the in store offer and had 40.00 off the price !! Highly recommended and I will definitely be a returning customer. Many thanks to all the staff for professional, knowledgeable helpful and friendly service x

Very poor customer service, humiliated infront of other customers. Ordered a coat for a family member in store, order put through incorrectly as staff member forgot to add blue light card discount, was assured that when the coat is collected the overpayment would be refunded and the blue light card had been seen therefore we would not need to present on collection, however, on collection staff were incredibly rude and my relatives was made to feel as though she was lying, what a terrible way to treat customers, will think twice in future shopping in this store, what a shame.
