Spoke to a guy twice to confirm that tiles were ready for collection at the site (Chester) so went off to collect them.. Was told at the showroom that due to an error (made by the same guy we had previously spoken to}, the tiles weren't ready and wouldn't be for another 5 weeks! Thankfully, we hadn't paid at that point, so walked away and will not be back. A real shame as it's a great business!
