Another local jeweller recommended J P Williams to me because they were able to do repairs quickly. I went into see them cause my dad's wedding ring needed altering, it was much too big. I explained the situation, he was very ill in hospital. They were both sensitive and professional, and advised me that they would be able to alter it within an hour. I collected it later and was able to put it on my dad's finger. Sadly, he passed a couple of days later, but I am so grateful for your help in allowing me to get the ring altered in time. Would highly recommend.

I was over the moon when Mr Williams repaired my engagement ring by creating a wider shank and resetting all the diamonds in the shoulders last year. He has also done a lot of repairs and resizing of jewellery for my mum and his prices have been incredibly fair. This is the only place I will take any of my jewellery to be repaired and serviced in Chester.

I asked Mr Williams to re-set the 3 diamonds from my late mother's engagement ring into a white gold band for my own engagement (reserving the 2 sapphires for our wedding bands) I can't describe how happy I am with it. Thank you JP from Lisa and David

Had a couple of repairs done. But Al's they made me 3 bangles out of scrap jewellery. They also made me a infinity pendant for my chain it is absolutely gorgeous . Would recommend this place if you want ur jewellery repaired or made of quality . Thankyou
