        Phoned the Chester branch on the Friday Andy reserved a Hamilton watch for me, arrived Saturday AM and the service was excellent from start to finish, I even purchased a Tissot watch for the wife while we was there. 10/10.

        I bought a watch for my 21st birthday. Katie and Richard were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they really gave that crucial human touch. I was able to try on a range of watches as I hadnt decided on one yet. They really listened to me to help me make an informed decision.
