        Very dismissive unfriendly and unhelpful staff in this Chester branch . I was the only customer and felt I was intruding on their chat so I went to Pavers and had excellent service !

        I called in to the store this afternoon to buy a pair of insoles for my Ecco golf shoes. Both of the ladies were dealing with customers. I waited patiently by the till but was not acknowledged by either assistant. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" would have been enough. Then a male assistant came out to the till from the back of the shop, again no acknowledgement of me. Thinking that perhaps I was invisible I left the store. I certainly won't be visiting the Chester Ecco store again. Very disappointed with Customer service at this store
