I really like the finishing of the studios, good quality flooring and appliances. Spacious rooms. Secure building.

At first it was fine but things started going downhill after that. First of all , I had multiple very loud neighbors that kept partying all the times. I made multiple complaints but nothing changed !!.I sometimes couldn't even sleep .If you are a student you would not be able to study nor sleep!!!.Second, the manager was rude and disrespectful to me once , which was really unpleasant !!.Third, despite the fact that I left the room super clean, they took 50% of my tenancy deposit .So its very likely that you are not going to get your deposit back !!! .Fourth, the only good thing in this student accommodation was the receptionist James. He was very professional , friendly and manages to respond very fast .Fifth, they are really unflexible .They wouldn't extend my agreement for an extra 6 months!!!! I have stayed for a year and needed extra 6 months and they didn't extend it !!! so if you are an international student and your course is more than one year like 1.5 or more, please consider other accommodations as they are flexible and will definitely extend or find you a solution!! At the beginning it was nice, but very costly, unnecessary requirement and stuffs also 90% chance you wont get your deposit back so thats why 3 stars which I think its more than enough
