I would definitely recommend Chester Student Rentals. Kate and Wayne have been amazing landlords. They are always super helpful with any questions regarding the house. Being in my third year at Uni, having a spacious house in a lovely and quiet area is perfect. You can tell that the house has been loved by the landlords. After having previously bad experiences with other student rentals, I am happy to have found chester student rentals.

Brilliant company! Very helpful with finding the right house for us for our 3rd year of uni and gave us time to make sure we were happy with our decision. Kate and Wayne are very welcoming and helpful with all aspects of the moving experience. Definitely recommend and the best company by far that we've been with.

I had a great experience with Chester student rentals for the two years that I was staying in a property with them. Kate and Wayne really care about their tenants and their properties and it shows. The house was spotless when we moved in and any problems we ever had were quickly resolved. They were always there if we ever had an issue and I would recommend them if you are looking for student housing :)
