We found the perfect suits for our wedding at Groom Chester. Florentyna was super helpful in the selection stage. We had a couple of last minute alterations but the team made sure we had everything back ready for our wedding in time. We were even given a spare pair of trousers just in case the alterations didnt make it back. The only slight hiccups we had were on the second visit we hadnt been advised we needed an appointment which made it difficult for ushers whod travelled far to try on the suits. As not everyone was present that day, we werent going to order and due to that we were also advised that the boys couldnt try full suits on. We ordered at a different time, but were able to easily exchange sizes as and when we needed to when those who werent local had tried on order. The suits looked great on the day and everything came together beautifully! Thanks for all your help guys! Zoe & Nathan

I visited the 'Groom' with my soon to be Son in Law, Paddy and his Best Man Jonni, as soon as we stepped into the shop we were welcomed by a young man called Hugo, he was great, he was patient, he new his stock, he listened to us, gave excellent advice and nothing was too much trouble. We had thought to visit a few specialist shops, but Hugo understood what we were looking for and gave such great service, so we signed up there and then and relief Paddy's face was plainly visible and we all went off for a pint and watched Wales loose to Scotland that was the only blot on the day. Thank you Hugo, excellent service, job very well done. I would highly recommend 'Groom' & Hugo in particular - 5 STARS
