I sold my 3 bedroom house with the tenant in situ through National Residential. I accepted a fixed price offer of 300k and they achieved a sale price of 310k. The sale was made in September 2022 and completion was in late January 2023. I had to provide details of the previous conveyancers for the previous sale and purchase of the property in order for the legal issues to be addressed. I had to collate and resend numerous documents relating to the property to the estate agent before completion. However, finally the sale was successfully achieved.

Can't fault their service: prompt, professional, friendly and a breath of fresh air. I was looking to sell a property with a tenant in situ. They seamlessly took care of the lot - from marketing the property to their extensive list of property investors, to arranging viewings, to seeing everything through to completion. I was impressed by their approach. Every stage of the process was carefully handled with regular updates to keep me in the loop. I never had to do any chasing - they were always on the ball and very reassuring. Special thanks to Rachel for her affable approach to everything.
